A Cabinet Company, Not a Remodeling Company
Alexandria Cabinet Refacing exists for one reason: to give solid cabinets a new face. We are not a general remodeler that also does cabinets on the side. Every job we take is refacing — new doors, new drawer fronts, new veneer or laminate on the frames, refinishing, painting, and hardware. Doing one thing means we have seen every cabinet situation Alexandria and Fairfax County homes can throw at us, from 1920s built-ins to 1990s oak kitchens, and we know what each one needs.
What We Will Not Do
We will not sell you a full remodel when refacing is the right answer — and we will not sell you refacing when your cabinets truly need replacing. During the free visit we look at your cabinet boxes honestly. If the boxes are rotted, warped, or falling apart, refacing cannot save them, and we will tell you that straight. If they are solid, we will show you what refacing can do. An honest no earns more trust than a sold yes.
How We Work
Every job starts with a free on-site visit. We measure, we look at the condition of your boxes, and we talk through door styles, colors, and finishes with samples you can hold up to your light. Then you get a written estimate — itemized, no surprises. On install days we protect your floors and counters, work section by section so your kitchen stays usable, and clean up every evening before we leave. When we are done, we walk through every door and drawer with you.
Where We Work
We serve Alexandria and Fairfax County, Virginia — from Old Town rowhouses to Fairfax Station colonials. A tight service area means we can actually show up when we say we will, and it means we know the cabinet styles common in local homes.
